By visiting our website, submitting a consultation request, or undergoing any procedure at Density Clinic, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Density Clinic provides the following hair restoration and related services:

• Free initial consultation: A detailed assessment of your hair loss pattern, donor area, and candidacy — no fees, no obligations
• FUE Hair Transplant: Follicular Unit Extraction, the gold standard of permanent hair restoration
• Beard & Eyebrow Transplant: Facial hair restoration using advanced micro-grafting techniques
• PRP Therapy: Platelet-Rich Plasma treatments for hair strengthening and scalp health
• High-Density & No-Shave FUE: Specialised techniques for natural density and discreet recovery
• Post-procedure care: Scheduled follow-up consultations, care kits, and long-term result monitoring

All procedures are performed or directly supervised by our lead surgeon. Density Clinic does not employ technician-led or unsupervised procedures.

• Consultations may be conducted in-person at our Ranchi or Patna clinics, or via video call
• A confirmed appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you — please arrive on time
• If you are more than 20 minutes late without prior notice, your slot may be reallocated and a new appointment will need to be scheduled
• We endeavour to respond to all consultation requests within 90 minutes during business hours (Mon–Fri: 9 AM – 7 PM, Sat: 9 AM – 5 PM IST)

• Consultation cancellations: No penalty. Please notify us at least 4 hours in advance so we can offer the slot to another patient
• Procedure rescheduling: Must be requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled date at no additional charge
• Late cancellation (less than 48 hours notice): The confirmation deposit may be forfeited to cover pre-operative preparation costs
• No-show: Patients who do not attend without any notice will forfeit their confirmation deposit
• Clinic-initiated cancellations: If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a new date at your preference

• Results depend on individual factors including hair loss grade, donor density, age, hormonal profile, lifestyle, and adherence to post-operative care
• Hair transplantation is a medical procedure with associated risks including, but not limited to: temporary swelling, shock loss, infection (rare), and suboptimal graft survival
• All risks, alternatives, and expected outcomes will be discussed thoroughly during your consultation, and written informed consent will be obtained before any procedure
• Density Clinic does not provide emergency medical services. In the event of a medical emergency, please contact your nearest hospital or dial 112
• Information on our website is for general educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified physician for your specific condition

To ensure the safest possible outcome, you agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate information about your medical history, current medications, supplements, allergies, and previous hair treatments
• Disclose any changes in your health status between consultation and procedure date
• Follow all pre-operative instructions provided by our clinical team (e.g., stopping certain medications, avoiding alcohol)
• Strictly adhere to post-operative care instructions — failure to do so may adversely affect results and will limit our clinical liability
• Attend all scheduled follow-up appointments within the post-procedure care window
• Not engage in misleading representations of your results or experience in a manner that is factually inaccurate

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, and software — is the exclusive property of Density Clinic and is protected under Indian copyright law and applicable international treaties.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any of our content without our prior written consent
• Patient photographs published on our website are displayed with explicit written consent from the respective patients and remain their personal property
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access our website for personal, non-commercial use only

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Density Clinic and its medical staff, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
• Outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the patient
• Outcomes attributable to non-compliance with pre- or post-operative care instructions
• Loss or damage arising from events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

Our total liability in any matter arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.

Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, either party may pursue legal remedies as available under Indian law.
